When you exit customs, please proceed to the Dollar Thrifty desk in the Main Arrivals Hall.  If you need assistance on arrival, please call (021) 4977884 or (021) 4320455.

Terminal 1
When you exit the baggage hall, turn right and head for the pre-booked car hire desks at the end of the Main Arrivals Hall (beside Bank of Ireland).  Our Customer Service Agent will be waiting to meet you at our desk but if you need assistance on arrival at Dublin Airport, please contact (01) 8441951.

Terminal 2
When you exit the baggage hall, take a left and follow the signs for Terminal 1.  Terminal 1 is accessible via the pedestrian walk-way.  You will enter Terminal 1 at the Departures level.  Take a right as you enter the terminal and another immediate right where you will notice the elevators.  Take the elevators to the Arrivals Level 0.  When you exit the elevators turn right.  Just past the Bank of Ireland you will enter the prepaid pre-booked car rental area where the rental desk is located.
