Our desks are located in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. After you exit the baggage hall from either terminal please proceed to the “Dooley Car Rentals l” desk in the Car Rental Area in the Arrivals Hall. We operate a meet and greet service for our clients in Galway Airport. Our car rental customers are met by our staff at the Galway Airport information desk. It is important that we know your arrival details well in advance.
On collecting your car, please have your reference number and your DRIVERS LICENCE (issued in your country of residence) and your CREDIT CARD (for security imprint).
You will complete and sign a rental contract. The car will be supplied with a full tank of petrol which is to be prepaid. Maps and touring assistance will be provided. Car controls will be demonstrated. Car return instructions will be provided.

As you exit the baggage hall, take an immediate left turn amd follow the signs to "Coach Park 1" where the Dooley Car Rentals shuttle bu will be waiting to take you directly to your rental vehicle.
